Returns & Exchanges

At DuoBoots, we want you to find your perfect fit, which is why we offer a 21-day return window from the date of delivery for all boots in their original, unworn condition. If your boots aren't quite right, we make the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Boots

  Place your boots back in their original dust bags and box, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
